Shopify powers the Services, but all sales and purchases are made directly with No Mames Tacos.
By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use or access our Services.
1. Access and Account
By using our Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and that you have given us consent for any minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase, or manage.
If you create an account or place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information, including your email address, billing information, and shipping information if applicable. Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect when your order is placed, as shown in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, supply issues, or events outside our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you to the fullest extent permitted by law.

“No Mames Tacos” is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, all sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with No Mames Tacos. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and No Mames Tacos, and you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with us.
