At No Mames Tacos LLC , all returns and refunds are subject to this Refund Policy. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms below.
1. Return Eligibility
To request a return, you must contact us within **15 days of delivery**. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and, where applicable, in original packaging.
2. Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a **15% restocking fee**. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and may not be returned unless defective or required by law:
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable or digital products.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Perishable items.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Items marked non-returnable on the product page.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

6. Store Credit Only
If a return is approved, the approved amount will be issued as **store credit only**. No cash refunds will be issued unless required by law. Store credit will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected, and after the 15% restocking fee and any non-refundable charges are deducted.
7. How to Start a Return

8. Late or Missing Store Credit
